"The Unicorn I've Been Looking For."

I am a problem solver and a solution seeker. This is the foundation that has enabled me to learn, frankly, a far too long list of skills. For a while I thought this was to my detriment because I didn't have a 'specialty'. I knew a bit of everything; business start up strategies, sales, marketing, website development, client experience, budgeting,  journey mapping, social media strategy, operations, team management, systems and processes.

It can feel a little overwhelming when people ask me simply 'what do you do?' Well... kind of everything!

What I do have, is a serious skill in viewing a business from an overarching viewpoint. I can remove myself from the ins and outs, the daily grind, the tiny tasks, and see the full scope of operations when many can't.  And then I get your ducks in a row.

It was that beautiful term used to describe me - a 'unicorn' that made me suddenly realise that this in itself was a desired skillset. 

​

What it comes down to is two main things I can do for you: I can review and optimize your entire business  operations; and I can set you up to give you freedom from the daily grind. It's up to you to decide how much transformation you want.

2013 - 2016
